About SunLit Festival

SunLit Festival is an annual literary event designed by, for, and about lovers of the exquisitely written word. The festival premiered in 2015. The second annual SunLit Festival will run March 4-13, 2016. Organizations participating in SunLit Festival operate autonomously to produce their own events and are solely responsible for them.

SunLit Festival is co-produced by the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance, Keep St. Pete Lit, and the Florida Antiquarian Book Fair, in cooperation with the program partners. Funding support for family events comes from PNC Bank, Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, The DeBartolo Family Foundation, Barnes & Noble USFSP, and St. Petersburg Arts Alliance.

The SunLit Festival committee is a confederation of like-minded literary, cultural, and civic organizations coordinating their individual efforts for the common goal of advancing the enjoyment of books, reading, and writing.
